- Additional costs
- There are no setup or shipping fees. Users are responsible for devices, internet access, and communication charges required to use the service.
- Payment method
- Credit or debit cards accepted by Stripe Checkout. Supported card brands are shown on the Checkout screen.
- Payment timing
- The first payment is due when you subscribe. Monthly charges are then due on each renewal date shown by Stripe until cancellation is completed.
- Service availability
- Paid plans become available once Stripe payment is completed and the subscription status is reflected in AgentGate. Free becomes available after account registration and setup.
- How and when to cancel
- Open the Stripe Customer Portal from Billing & Usage in the management console and cancel before the next renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the plan remains available until then. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
- Refund and cancellation policy
- The statutory cooling-off period does not apply to online sales. Due to the nature of digital services, paid fees are not prorated or refunded for unused time at the user's convenience after the contract is formed. We will handle cases individually where a refund is legally required or where a service defect attributable to us or duplicate billing is confirmed.
- Other sales terms
- Starter・Team・Businessは1か月ごとの自動更新です。申込期間および最低利用期間はありません。プラン変更時の請求差額・日割り計算はStripe Customer Portalの確定前画面に表示されます。Enterpriseは個別見積もり・個別契約であり、個別契約の条件が優先します。本サービスの利用には利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
