Terms of Service
Last Updated: September 12, 2026
1. Service and Scope
AgentGate (the Service) evaluates AI-agent operations involving GitHub, MCP, models, and other destinations before execution, and provides policies, approvals, audits, organization management, and model connectivity through AI Gateway. The public Astra Lab is a read-only simulation that generates and evaluates an operation plan from the submitted goal; it does not execute external tools. Free remains free and includes basic policies and ALLOW, BLOCK, and REQUIRE_APPROVAL decisions. Paid plans expand usage limits, retention, and management features. No service-level guarantee is provided unless agreed separately.
2. Accounts
Users must register accurate information and securely manage authentication credentials and agent API keys. Sharing, transferring, or unauthorized access is prohibited. Accounts may be suspended if necessary to ensure security or address violations of these terms.
3. GitHub Connection and Permissions
Users may connect only to GitHub accounts and repositories for which they hold connection rights. When using the GitHub App, grant only the minimum necessary permissions and select the "Only select repositories" option.
4. Prohibited Activities
Prohibited actions include: violating laws or regulations; infringing on third-party rights; attacking the Service; bypassing control paths; transmitting confidential information; using the Service in a production environment without prior verification; and performing unauthorized operations on others' repositories.
5. Service Characteristics and Disclaimers
This Service is subject to continuous updates, which may result in service interruptions, specification changes, data loss, or erroneous results. Please maintain backups of critical data and verify the Service in a test repository before connecting it to a production environment. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as-is" basis.
6. Suspension and Termination of Use
Access may be suspended or terminated without prior notice for reasons such as safety concerns, violations of these Terms, or operational necessity. Users may uninstall the application and revoke the integration via GitHub.
7. Intellectual Property and Feedback
Rights to the Service belong to the operator. Feedback submitted by users may be used to improve the product, provided that such feedback does not personally identify the user.
Fees and Contracts
The "Free" plan does not require credit card registration. The "Starter," "Team," and "Business" plans involve automatic monthly renewals in Japanese Yen via Stripe; there are no annual billing options or initial setup fees. Pricing and details regarding billing adjustments upon plan changes are displayed on the pricing page and the Stripe contract confirmation screen. Users can manage plan changes, cancellations, and payment methods via the management dashboard. If a payment fails or a subscription is cancelled, the limits of the "Free" plan will apply. The "Enterprise" plan is subject to individual quotes and contracts.
8. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Significant changes will be announced via the service, and re-consent will be requested if necessary. Governing law and jurisdiction shall be in accordance with the laws of Japan and the competent courts where the operator is located.
